Here we had climbed out of the canyon/wash as that's where the trail seemed to lead. It takes you around the other side of the mountain on the right. However, I would advise going straight if you want to continue further in Rough n Ready Canyon which we did in 2010. This here is a new trail. Anyway, it finally dawned on me that this is where we took the short cut coming back. It is in the middle of the center of the photo where we went down.
