Someone's attempt at blocking ATV traffic up this old washed out road. I suspect some hunters didn't want noisy ATVs chasing game away from the tank further up this road. Or perhaps someone didn't want a couple of drunks riding into their camp on an ATV and start shooting at their party lights.
