Coming from Clark Peak, [where the going is easy and the 'route finding factor' is a solid 1], I found this life-sized cairn amusing; however, coming from this direction [after having bagged Blue Jay & West Peaks and then taking the death march back up the ridge with a trail that is nonexistent at times], the sight of this cairn meant the torture was over!
