Every 2-3 steps required the tether behind me to be moved up past a bolt so I'd chicken hitch my arms around the ladder to hang on. Apparently this wasn't the best technique because I ended up with some pretty exhausted and bruised arms. Honestly thankful when this part was over. By design it forces you to look out at the height after spending most of the day looking at the rock this was a little more engaging.
