that my friends is P A I N. no comments about the old girl's legs please. But apparently this is what a flare up of Pellegrini Stieda looks like. Not sure when they will determine to do a knee replacement or what will cause the next flare up. But I think one has to throw extreme caution to the wind because who knows, it may not flare up for a very long time.
