okay, second try at Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler. The first time it was slightly burned and this time it just wouldn't get done but they were overly cautious in not wanting to burn it. I have it on video as well. As you can see, we started in daylight and it was about 2 hours later before we started eating it... well not quite that long but longer than it should have been. First error was the coals weren't glowing enough on the bottom when we set the pot on it and there weren't quite enough coals on top. We forgot to adjust for the small size of the coals.
