There was a drum group playing in Flagstaff that evening. It was a great show with great drums. Reminded me of the drum music I use for my Bantu Dancers video that my parents filmed in South Africa 1964: [ youtube video ]

I have to tell you a quick story about one of their fellow travelers. He wrote a journal (a couple paragraphs are in the video). He was a banker from the UP but he was a great deal older than my parents as was the norm back then for my parents who were in their 30s. When he mentioned he had seen flight from its inception, I figured out that he was born about the same year as my Gpa Romain, 1886 ish. Fortunately, he had a unique last name and I was able to trace down his grandchildren; altho only one of two acknowledged my message so maybe I didn't find the right descendant.... I have my parents movies from that trip as I put them on DVD so I thot the descendants would like to see them.
