That's 2 1/2 inches from the 10/3/2018 storm. My porch gutter started failing so I was out sweeping water down my side yard and emptying 10 buckets of water into the side drainage. And then I realized as I was walking in ankle deep water in my side yard that the drainage block to the street was clogged so I got the shovel out and unclogged it and started sweeping water through it. This is at 4AM.
