Tracy took a spill. The bottom part of her leg really swelled so we pulled over. I had ice in my water platypus so we put that on her leg and had her put her leg up on that rock. She also took some ibuprofen. We still had a long way to go or the other option was back up. Ambika had the bandage from her safety kit. This all proved to be a good decision. The swelling went down, the ibuprofen had time to kick in and somehow, Tracy was able to finish those last ten miles on very steep terrain. Oh, we had her give us some of the stuff out of her pack too.
