Vitamin C Spruce Tip Boost!

After picking and tasting pounds of these with the @jonnybackpack & The AZ Wilderness crew I am now finding the most flavorful and dynamic tips to be in young spruce trees yielding vibrant green goods later in the summer.
As with baby spinach and lamb chops I think baby/young Spruce Tips will be the new rage of flavor for beers, salads or the best way... straight form tree to mouth in the Arizona Backcountry.
