dinner at North Rim Lodge: prickly pear margarita with prickly pear wings. Delish. I also had a beet salad which was scrumptious plus we had the Ahi Tuna as an appetizer. Highly recommend it all altho the wings prickly pear flavor was really not there that I could tell. What a way to end 2 of 5 days of hiking!
