Well across the Lechuguilla Desert, over a segment of either the Gila or Tinajas Altas mountains, the Algodones Dunes were visible. There are two active Erg fields visible from this summit, Algodones and Mohawk. Distant hazed out coastal ranges beyond the Imperial Valley. Perhaps Mount Laguna? El Picacho Del Diablo was visible further south. Not pictured.
