This is the rather blase north end TH Start (at the RR Tracks) of Passage 15 on the Florence-Kelvin Hwy looking SW across the Kelvin-Riverside Bridge over the Gila River; You can park across the bridge over on the left side turn out off the Hwy; Start hiking SW 1.1ml up the Hwy to the first AZT Marker (a left turn on an un-numbered two track dirt road);
