New growth on a burned hedgehog cactus which escaped the rabbits... blooms already showing. A better biological mind told me that even with this burst of growth, the cactus aren’t likely to survive longer term. Also, the burned yet still standing saguaros, while they may bloom for a couple years are basically dead men walking and will come down within a few years.
