I looked up X Lazy B in my Arizona Brand Book, and it is registered to Halle Ranch, which was owned by Bruce Halle (Discount Tire), the richest man in Arizona before he passed in 2018. If his name is otherwise familiar, he and his wife were the couple that survived a Paradise Valley home invasion in 2012.
