The UL we saw while driving thru my parents old neighborhood and according to google lens is Drosanthemum (dro san themum) which is a genus of an ice plant. Lower pictures are Santa Barbara Ceanothus or Carmel by the Sea Creeper (according to google lens). Not sure what the tree is but I liked its shape.
