WTF!? I thought this bloke was a mud turtle that lost its way, but it's a Diamondback terrapin from the east coast, a non-native released pet. If I knew that, then I would have taken it home or to the park service. Instead I gave it water (he was very dehydrated) and let it fend for itself.
