catclaw claiming the trail. Currently, only a few areas are this bad. Minimal bleeding in shorts now, using the ol' twist through because the leaves buffer the yet to be fully sharpened claws. Plus it's only two yards through it and hasn't inner locked yet.

The longest stretch was after the Crosscut turnoff. It was easier though because it is a ground mat, just step on the thick branches and pray no snakes are under cover. Which had me thinking a spool of chicken wire rolled over any would be easier than lopper work... lol
