Came across these well built Tonto NF information boards with no info and the only access being a dirt track with a sign "No Motor Vehicles Allowed" and behind a locked gate. They are not visible from the Horseshoe Dam Road which is almost a 100 yds away. The "One Way" sign is a nice addition. The stout steel post construction embedded in concrete must have cost a few thousand $. It doesn't look very old. What were they thinking?
