33 years ago, we went out with a broker that I worked with as she had a boat and we took her skiing and she took us skiing; altho my brothers drove the boat. The last time we skiied together as a family.

We used to go to Clear Lake in CA for several summers in a row as our grandparents lived there. That is where we learned to ski going from two to slalom over a couple years. My parents also water-skiied. We didn't have a lot of horsepower pulling us and my dad had to start out as what we called the "yellow submarine", as it took a bit to get him out of the water.
