I followed a big white block for Siemens from Idaho I think and this is on the I-15 several miles out of Helena. I couldn't tell what any of it was but I found it very interesting. I was thinking windmill parts initially but no fan blades and these cylinders don't seem the right size. I don't know if they were stopped here to be used on this major freeway re-build through a curvy section of the freeway near water.
