Yep, the water really is blue. This is the main thing I wanted to see while it was blue. The water could be muddy for the rest of the trip for all I cared now. And I had no intention of this train thing but we ran it twice. It wasn't pretty but we had a blast. We were lucky that we got this place to ourselves for two hours.
