No one had a clue about butt peak. To scratch that itch, I took this photo as a reminder to look it up [ image ]
To simplify the custom-created perspective above, I created an easier option. Those that "Save/Share" from RS, and post a geocoded photoset, get a slightly darker red geocode location pin marker above the photo vs. the old standard cherry red pin marker. Which has been live for many moons. The old drops a lonely pin on a map.
The darker red opens the map as a slideshow. The route of the hike is on the map, the triplog is in the route tab, and a red vertical bar on the elevation profile helps follow the hike. The original idea was to have RS Notes do a cool function, maybe another year or two on that idea... lol
Anyhow, the pin marker on this photo will create a dynamic version of the static [ image ] screenshot above. I have an idea or two to make it more useful in the future too.
