Trail head is off Cascade Hwy as you head toward Mt. Bachelor from Bend. Two miles to the top...no warm up, no flats or downs. Not much fun for me as I try to keep my heart rate under 85% of maximum. TH elevation is 7553 feet. Nice reward at the top with a great 360* view. This is one the locals do for a training hike.
