This is a very popular hike and there is also a road to the summit. Of course, we hiked it and started at the Wachusett Mountain ski parking lot. Mild elevation gain through the dense forest with nothing very steep. We hiked Balance Rock trail and Old Indian Trail to the summit. Just before the summit we passed top of the ski lift and checked that out.

On top there is a tower and with the road there were a lot of people. Took a snack break and relaxed for a bit before hiking down the Harrington Traill off the west side. Then we followed the Semuhenna Trail back to the Old Indian Trial closing the loop. After the hike another nearby brewery appropriately named Wachusett Brewing Company for lunch. Very nice brewery that had an awesome outdoor area to enjoy!
