Went out to Fallen Leaf Lake on the hopes of catching some spring waterfalls. My lucky day, as I arrived snow blowing machines had just finished opening up the trailhead for the season. Did Fallen Leaf, Lower Alpine Falls and Glen Alpine Springs including Upper Alpine Falls. Pushed the limit right up to where I could not continue bare booted. Snow drifts of over ten feet completely obliterated the trail. With this much snow it definitely ups the route finding and difficulty by one over the stated difficulty.
