So the book just has the north fork, but the middle fork is SO much more worthwhile and I hear the south isn't bad either. Finally getting used to the early morning climbs to the top of the canyon. Soon after gearing up we hit the first drop of near 100ft. This canyon looks to get much more avalance & snow runoff action due to how worn & littered the canyons were. So this canyon would have a big drop and then be rocky & sloped for awhile until it hit another big drop & so forth... The BIG rappel of the middle fork was this flipping sweet 220-250ft waterfall. :y: The south fork drops in by creek but the canyon narrows up nicely where the north drops in via a waterfall. Of course loads and loads of wet down climbing with the best part of the canyon being the lower half with a few sweet narrows to play in. Some interesting V-thread anchors have been left by crazy ice climbers. :o Whenever possible & sane, rappel thru the falls for the full wet goodness. :D These Ouray canyons can be rather similar in there amazingness that they kinna blend together but the photos can do plenty of talking for me.
