Took the roommate on a hike. I told him to expect a 4-5 mile hike, but we ended up doing almost 10 miles. He's hurting, but it's good for him. We didn't see as many people as expected considering the "warm" weather here in the Bay Area. Always good to hike in the redwoods only 15 minutes from home.

Nice hike for Cinco de Mayo. I didn't know redwoods were found east of Redwood Regional Park, but there are quite a few. I like starting from the Valle Vista staging area and will do so again.
