Apparently, when the wind is 10mph or higher the Fountain shuts down automatically. 
That being said we still had a lovely time. (Guess that is a sign of old age, when you can sit at a park and say you had a good time 
). Walked the perimeter. All sidewalk. Ducks and coots were the main wildlife. Loved the statues the ringed the park. Nice way to spend the day with my better half
