So we investigated, moved some old flotsam and in fact there is a constructed trail. It is in surprisingly good shape considering zero use. So there was the obligatory dead limbs across the trail and such, but is actually a very nice short trail in/out of this canyon if you want to drop in closer to 'the meat' of it. We had earlier used the N-S canyon that enters Mund's downstream a bit to access it ... NOT recommended.
Thanks to Dave for the way-points, so I could post a map.
This may have been helpful beta for the recent ill-fated hiking snafu in Mund's.
Waypoints +/- for top and bottom of the trail provided in map. [ Route Editor ] |
