Went out to the Durango Trail - which is really more of a powerline road or a community path than a trail. Followed it from 83rd ave to 91st and then back. It was after 7:30 so I had my head lamp with me, but the path is so flat and straight that it wasn't really necessary. Plus, there was a (nearly) full moon out so it was already fairly bright (for night). It actually made for a pleasant view (disregarding the overhead powerlines) as I jogged backed to 83rd. Really not much of a trail, but if you are looking to stretch your legs and you live in the area it's better than walking neighborhood blocks. Murdoch, my canine companion, ran with me for the first time. So it was a good introductory course for him |
