The road was open to the starting point of BEEBEE's tracks, however there is a lot of mud and I would have got stuck had I not had 4x4. Most of the snow has melted. It was an easy climb to the top with very little issues with deep snow. The day was a warm one. I only wore a short-sleeve t-shirt for the hike. There was plenty of bare ground on top so I didn't have to use my tarp for my radio. I played radio for an hour and then went back to the car. Snow was melting at such a rate when I was leaving that there were small trickles of water running down the road.
