This hike was a bit disappointing. Yes, you can see through a ceiling of the cave, but being so close to civilization it seems to be used for parties by local youth and they don't bother taking out their trash. Plus it's all painted with graffiti, so there is no natural look to it. Views from the vista are mostly to surrounding hills, no ocean views, and the city along US-101 is viewed better from another viewpoint to the west along Mulholland Drive that was a bit far from our route and we didn't go there.
