The Stats that I have down, are not the Stats for this Hike alone...I did some other Hiking, just messing around (Deer Creek, etc..) The Actual Stats listed in the Description of this Hike are very Liberal...I would put the Stats at .25 Mile RoundTrip (maybe, lol) and 15' AEG (maybe)....

Do Not make Long Canyon Slot a Destination...Make the Area, and the Drive on the Burr Trail Road, a Destination...The little Cut in the Canyon Wall that is this Slot is just a very quick Stop along the Way....I saw the whole thing in less than 3 minutes and took another 10 minutes to Photograph it...That's it... ;) It's always impressive when you have Walls narrowing in on each side of you and this was no exception, it was just very short-lived...It's something to stop by for, once.... :)

No matter...The Burr Trail Road Drive from Boulder, to the Long Canyon Overlook, is well worth it...The Road continues as well, turning to Dirt and actually tying into another Road in Capitol Reef. I opted not to go that far on this Day, as I had already been driving most of the Day already....

The Photoset is from the Drive through Long Canyon and a few from the "Slot"....

Explored a outside of this description as well. The slot was not technical and great, very photogenic.
