| no partners | | | It was very cold and windy especially on the peaks. The pines on top of White Horse where sure whistling a tune. I put an extra shirt on before I left the XTerra but it wasn't enough. Should have taken my coat. There was snow on Humphreys peak and the surrounding aspen trees were beautifully dressed in red and yellow for fall. I didn't see a living thing on the whole hike which is a first. Loved the solitude. |
