I decided not to log every mountain bike ride to this site because it will get a bit repetitive, but I will continue posting them for trails I haven't completed previously such as this one. These Westside trails were fun to ride on, but there are quite a few alternate routes which had me looking at my map more than I would have liked. The "Top of the World" viewpoint marked the end of my ascent and offered fantastic views of Redding. The uphill ride had a lot of ups and downs, which would be fun to ride downhill so next time I will do this loop in reverse. There are some really nice homes on these hills.

Looked like a great trail for mountain biking, I ran into several bikers. Not a bad trail for hiking during the winter, but I prefer other trails in Redding.
