| no partners | | | First visit to this trail and we were the only car in the parking lot at the trail head. The trail varied between dirt and gravel, with lots of dried out brush along the hike. Didn't run into anyone else along the trail, which was nice because I tend to enjoy the isolation. The best parts are where the trail approaches closer to Clear Creek which had a gentle steady flow. The creek looked just a few feet deep and about 10-15 yards wide--from the parts I saw it looks like it'd be a nice creek to float down. |
