It meandered near some grassy plains and across varying terrain. I chose a good time to hike this area, because I imagine it'd be extremely hot during the summer with no shade trees along the trail. I passed a large group of hikers, one mountain biker, and almost stepped on a caterpillar inching its way across the trail. Several small propeller planes flew overhead, it seems people enjoy all kind of activities in this area--flying, hiking, biking, and horseback riding. |
