| no partners | | Was in the area and decided to trail run to the top and back to the truck. About three miles total. Last time I was there there really wasn’t a trail and it was a bushwhack. Now there is a real trail albeit a lot more gradual. If they didn’t allow horses I imagine the trail would be more smooth and even. However I suspect the trail is soft when wet and consequently it is pocked with horse foot prints. Clouds were nice and scenery was good. |

| no partners | | Been eyeing this one not for the difficulty, but the views! Sarrah had physical therapy and dropped Micah and I off at the trailhead on the way.. we went up one direction came down the other (clockwise) the geology was pretty cool. It is right in the middle of town. We walked to Costco afterwards to eat samples and do our shopping. Nice little hike and provided a warm down stretch from this mornings Incline. |
