I saw this spot on HAZ and thought I would give it a shot. We were on our way to Lubbock via Nevada, Utah and the Navajo Res and had a little time to do this hike/walk. Very interesting little slot canyon that doesn't appear to get many visitors. Takes about 1 hour to leisurely walk through the main slot and 2 short side slots. There is a small area to park along hwy 93 enough for a couple of vehicles.

Quick stroll up into an interesting little slot canyon on the side of US-93. Really it's just a tributary of White Rock Canyon. It's all conglomerate, so it has the feeling that anything could come down at any moment. The area has been fenced off, but it looks like wildlife fence and there aren't any signs. Couple of cool side drainages and a natural arch that's eventually going to fall down. Worth a little detour if on the way to or from Vegas.
