Some great rock art. Remote area, no facilities.

I stopped here on my first day of driving up north to stretch my legs. I observed a large concentration of visually stunning and thought provoking panels in a short time touring the area. My miles include driving to the sites, which were surprisingly very accessible. The petroglyphs were in the Basin and Range and Fremont cultural style and dated into the archaic period. Tumbleweed is the biggest obstacle to seeing the panels, it had blown against some walls and blown over some access trails, making travel in sandals prickly. Dot rested in the shade while I picked my way through some drifts of waist deep tumbleweed.
