After you cross the bridge near Alsea Falls, there is an old sign which says Green Peak Falls 1 mi. Though it is actually about 2 miles to get to the falls. The trail is pretty well developed and easy to follow. We only got confused when we got to the campgrounds, as there is a small handwritten sign that says falls, but it points up a really steep hill before the campground. The trail continues at the far end of the campground, there is an actual trail sign over there. From there, it's about a half mile to the falls.
The trail and the falls were beautiful of course (it is Oregon). The kids got a little worn out towards the end, but nothing that some good food (and beer (for me)) back in Corvallis couldn't fix |
