our first hike in vancouver. we started pretty early, so it was not too crowded. gnarly rooty ascent through forest. the summit offers amazing views of the city and snow capped high country. fair amount of people on the summit, but easy to find solitude as it is a pretty large summit. crowded on the way back.

Mt Seymour Provincial Park is awesome for being so close to, basically in, north vancouver
