We headed south on the Pacific Crest Trail and took that past South Matthieu Lake a little ways to Scott's Pass. We returned on the North Matthieu Trail past North Matthieu and got back to the trailhead just before the coming rain. It was 45 degrees when we started at 8:00 am and 45 degrees when we finished. The loop came in at 6.0 miles with 850 feet of AEG in 2.25 hours. |
