I couldn't find the Norse Peak trail through the snow so I turned back. I then a met a great couple and their energetic 7 year old lab who said they had done the hike several times and could show me the way. With their guidance we hit the snow and made it all the way to the top. Views were pretty good but the clouds really started to cover Rainier as we ate lunch. All in all, a great hike. Will have to head back once the snow has melted. Views at the top are too good to miss. |
