We stopped a lot on this trip for pictures and views, and got to do a little bit of rock climbing for the REALLY great views, but we made it all the way to the lone tree with the great view of the Needle, and we discovered a fun surprise...some family/person built a picnic table up there, and the date on the table, welded on by a little metal piece, says it was built recently, SEPT of this year! (2009) Very cool...there was also a snowman decoration and a small dreamcatcher hanging from the tree. Next time I go, I will bring something to hang on the tree too!

Very beautiful and scenic trail, more challenging than I expected, awesome pic taking opps, did not finish the whole trail but more than half, then turned around

Prettiest hike I have been on in awhile, I believe the elevation gain was higher at certain points than what popped up when I put the name in...got lots of beautiful pictures!
