| no partners | | This was an enjoyable hike. At the end of the trail you reach a spring with hieroglyphics on the sides of the canyon. We made it to the end when the sun was setting and the site of the city was beautiful. We brought a medium size dog and he had no problem with the hike. He did get cactus stuck in his mouth, so be prepared if you let them off the leash. I would say it is easy enough to bring kids too. |

| no partners | | This hike was extremely easy. It is flat terrain for the majority of the hike. The small amount of stone we had to hike over had stairs carved into it. The path led to another part of the river that you can access at the beginning of the trail. The scenery was nice with the leaves turning different hues of orange and yellow. The weather was perfect in November. |
