This hike has a lot of horses using it and it's pretty narrow in places. Not a great combination but we always managed to find a decent place to make room. The petroglyphs are much better in person than the pictures showed. We had quite a bit of color in the trees by the Salt River and it was an overcast day which made the photography excellent. This is a short hike with a decent amount of climbing and excellent views in several different directions. :)

It's the day after Thanksgiving and a perfect day to walk off some turkey... The trail was really busy today but still a great combination of distance and elevation. The air was clear and the views excellent. :y:
