| no partners | | Went with my Boy Scout Troop and it was a nice easy hike. Be cautious in the pits as the shards do fly everywhere. Also you enter at your own risk. 4 wheel drive is a must as the road is not taken care of. |

| no partners | | Went when it was raining which made it all the more enjoyable. The surroundings were lush and beautiful. The red rock seemed to climb out of the sky the clouds were so low. We went past the end of trail for awhile before we decided to head back. Can't wait to go back again. |
