Great family hike including wife, and kids (13,10,8.6,4).
We started at the Sabino Canyon end. We have never seen this side of the range and really enjoyed it. The weather was perfect. Lots of water at Hutch's pool and in Romero Canyon.

Our first family backpacking trip in the Canyon. Me, bride, and kids (13,10,8.6,4).

We hiked in 1 day, spent 2 days at the bottom at bright angel camp, hiked to indian garden, spent another night and then out from Indian Gardens. We packed MRE's; i don't recommend them. Too heavy and a lot of trash to pack out again. However very high in calories and great for energy. Yes, even the 4 year old hiked out.
